Child Support and Alimony

Child Support and Alimony Attorneys

In New Jersey, child support is based on guidelines set up by the state. New Jersey uses a formula to decide how child support will be provided, and that formula is based on the parties' income. These exceptions and modifications are determined on a case by case basis. The lawyers at Sicheri & Sicheri will explain your rights.
