Attorney Profiles

Carol Katz Sicheri practices extensively in the area of family law. She has represented numerous clients in divorce, custody, support, adoption and domestic violence proceedings. She has drafted and negotiated numerous property settlement agreements and has attended numerous early settlement panel conferences. She has appeared before judges arguing motions on behalf of clients, doing trial work, and has even been appointed to represent children's interests in pending proceedings concerning their parents.

In addition to her family law practice, Ms. Sicheri also practices in the area of real estate. She has drafted and negotiated hundreds of real estate contracts and performs residential real estate closings on a regular basis. She has represented real estate brokers and both buyers and sellers in varying commercial law suits. As part of her real estate practice, she has extensive experience in representing local Land Use Planning Boards and Zoning Boards of Adjustment. Ms. Sicheri is presently the attorney for the Land Use Board of Long Beach Township, New Jersey.

Ms. Sicheri received her B.A. degree from Queens College of the City University of New York, New York, N.Y., and her J.D. degree from Temple University School of Law, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Ms. Sicheri is a current member of the New Jersey Bar Association and the New Jersey Bar Association Family Law Section. She is actively involved in the Business & Professional Women's Organization of Southern Ocean County, and was the past president of that organization.
